Mingle 12.1 now with forecasting charts, collaboration improvements and Microsoft TFS support

New release includes improved search functionality, collaboration improvements, and TFS source repository support.

San Francisco, CA May 8, 2012

ThoughtWorks Studios (www.thoughtworks-studios.com), a leading provider in Agile software solutions and training, announced the availability of Mingle 12.1 – a new release that includes improved search functionality, collaboration improvements, and TFS source repository support.

• Forecasting charts to manage schedule risks and scope creep
Mingle® now comes with two easy graphical aids to help you accurately respond to change and understand the impacts on delivery. Benefit from a visual understanding of scope vis-à-vis project timelines to forecast your delivery dates and manage feature trade-off in relation to fixed delivery dates.

• Collaboration improvements
Mingle now allows users to see when others on the team are viewing and editing cards or pages at the same time. This feature provides teams with opportunities to have collaborative conversations with each other around stories, defects, dashboards and views.

• Enhanced search
New and updated search functionality provides users with better search results. This new search capability allows users to filter the type of results displayed, highlighting keywords in the search results and supporting advanced search options.

• Microsoft TFS source repository integration
The newest addition to the Mingle supported ecosystem is Team Foundation Server (TFS). Mingle 12.1 now provides integrated support for TFS as a source repository.
