There are several parts of Mingle's navigation that you can customize for your project team to suit the way you prefer to work. These changes affect the navigation structure in Mingle.
These include:
Saved views are a great way to view groups of cards that you and your team work with regularly. Whenever you're viewing cards, you can save the filters and the way cards are presented for viewing at a future time. All card view pages have a link to Saved views on the right, and you can select a previously saved view to quickly access cards in a predefined format. You can also create new tabs based on saved views.
See Creating project saved views for details.
All Mingle projects come with several tabs by default: All, Overview, History, Source and Project Admin. However, you can create your own custom tabs for cards that you and your team regularly work with. To create a tag, you must first create a saved view. Then go to Project admin > Saved views to create tabs based on saved views.
See Setting up tabs from saved views for details.
While tabs and saved views are quick ways to view cards, you can create shortcut links to special actions or wiki pages in the header of your project. For example, you can link to wiki reporting pages, or create quick links to add new cards (based on specific card properties, e.g. new bugs with certain statuses, assigned to certain people).
