Using tags to manage wiki pages
Wiki pages don't have the same level of tag functionality as cards, however you assign tags to wiki pages to give you extra search terms. Whenever you search in Mingle, the search results for wiki pages are prioritized according to tags. For example, if a wiki page has a tag of 'training' and you perform a Mingle search for 'training', this wiki page will be prioritized in the search results.
How to add or remove a tag from a wiki page
- Sign in to Mingle and navigate to the project with the wiki pages you want to edit (if you're not already working within the project).
- Locate the wiki page you want to edit or delete.
Click the Project admin tab > Wiki pages link to view a list of all wiki pages within the project.

You may also find wiki pages attached to cards or other wiki pages, or from Mingle's search.
- Click the wiki page name link to open the wiki page.

Mingle displays the contents of the wiki page.
- If:
- there are no tags attached to this page, click the Add tags link.

- there are tags already attached to this wiki page, click the Edit tags link.

Mingle opens a field to let you edit tags.
- Type new tags, edit existing tags, or remove tags as needed.

- Click the Add tags button.
Mingle adds these tags to the wiki page.
