Navigate to the Manage users page...
-

-
Click the Manage users link.
Mingle displays the Manage users page.
Edit a user profile
As a Mingle administrator, you are able to edit any user's profile and password. Click on the Edit profile link to open the Edit profile page.
Here you can edit:
- The user's sign-in name
- The user's display name
- The user's email address
- The user's version control user name
Clicking on a Change password link, you can also change her password.

Search for a user
To search for users, enter keywords in the search text box and click 'Search' button or hit enter key.
The above example returns all users who contain the word 'dan' in their profile.
Entered search keywords are searched against sign-in name, display name, email address and version control user name.
Assign Mingle administrator access
To grant the user Mingle administrator rights, check the Administrator checkbox. To revoke administrator rights, uncheck it.
You cannot revoke your own Mingle administrator rights, this prevents you from accidentally revoking all administrator rights.
Deactivate a user
Click on the Deactivate link to deactivate a user and prevent them from accessing Mingle. To re-activate a user, click on the Activate link.
You cannot delete a user in Mingle who is a current team member on a project or who has any project history associated to them. This is so that the history of that user's actions can be maintained.
A corollary to this is that you shouldn't therefore re-use a Mingle user id by changing the user's name to a different person. This is because all history items which were attributed to the original user would appear as though they had been created by the new user.
Delete a user
Clicking on the Delete user link will remove this user from the current Mingle instance. Once the user is deleted, she cannot be recovered.
Please note that the 'Delete user' option is not available if user:
- is currently a team member of any project,
- has any project history associated with them in that instance.
