Hold Signoff

Create a 'Hold signoff' transition for customers and allow them to enter feedback using the card 'comments'.

Creating and using customer only transitions

  1. Create a transition which can be used only by customers. Set the transition to move a card from 'Ready for Showcase' back to 'Ready for Development'. Set the transition to require a comment.
