Whenever anybody on your team edits a card or wiki page, Mingle saves the previous version and maintains a full history of all changes. You can view changes to wiki pages as they happen from the main History tab, but you can view the history of the wiki page from its History component. From here, you can also view previous versions of the wiki page.

You may want to view previous versions of a wiki page if:

• you or a team member accidentally overwrote a wiki page's content
• you want to view information captured at an earlier stage of your project
• you remembered that there was some useful information or attachment in a previous version of a wiki page.

For each wiki page, Mingle shows:

• who updated the wiki page and when (relative to your current time)
• a summary of the changes made for each version
• a link to view a previous wiki page version.

1. Sign in to Mingle and navigate to the project with the wiki pages you want to view (if you're not already working within the project).

2. Locate the wiki page with the history you want to view.

   You can click the Project admin tab, Wiki pages link to view a list of all wiki pages within the project.

   You may also find wiki pages attached to cards or other wiki pages, or from Mingle's search.

3. Click the wiki page name link to open the wiki page.

   

   Mingle displays the contents of the wiki page, with the History component at the top-right side of the page.

   

4. If you would like to view a previous version of a wiki page, locate the version you want to view and click the View link.

   

   Mingle displays the previous wiki page version, with a summary of the version number and a link to return to the latest version.
