Request for Support

Thoughtworks Studios has a community website for all products - Mingle, Cruise and Twist. This website is for sharing of knowledge on Studios tools. Hence any clients/prospects can login and post their user experience and details on how they have used the tools differently.

Raising a Support Request is as easy as filling the form and submitting the same. Just fill in the Support Request Form and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please provide as much information as you can, to help us to analyze your problem quickly.

The following are some of the mandatory fields necessary to submit a Support Request

Twist Version Number

To find the version number of Twist:
  1. Click Help --> About Twist.
  2. Click Plug-in Details.
  3. Search for the plugin with id com.thoughtworks.twist.core. The version number is the value in the Version column for the plugin.

Jre Version Number used to launch Twist

To find the version of Jre used with Twist, identify the location of the Jre first.
  1. If you have started Twist with -vm <path to JRE> option, the JRE is <path to JRE>
  2. Otherwise, the JRE is the default JRE on your System path. To determine this, open a command shell, and type in 
    java -version

To find the JRE used to execute scenarios in your Twist Project:
  1. right-click on Project-->Properties-->Java Build Path.
  2. Click on the Libraries tab. Note down the entry that reads JRE System Library
