1. Sign in to Mingle and open the project (if you're not currently working in the project).

2. Open the Favorites sidebar control.

3. Open the favorite that you want to update, by clicking on the named link in the list.



4. Update the view

   • Change the view style, e.g. from list to grid.
   • Change the filter conditions.
   • Add or remove columns.
   • Change the sort order, coloration, or aggregation if you're using a grid view.

5. Once you're happy with the updated view, open the Favorites sidebar control.

6. Click the 'update' icon which is provided next to the favorite name. This will override the previous definition of the favorite with the new one.

   

   You can manage this tab via Project admin tab Favorites & tabs link.

To update a team favorite wiki page, you can just open the page in edit mode, make your changes and save them. The wiki page will be updated and the favorite will display the new page contents.

1. Go to the tab you'd like to make an update to.

2. Update the tab

   • Change the view style, e.g. from list to grid.
   • Change the filter conditions.
   • Add or remove columns.
   • Change the sort order, coloration, or aggregation if you're using a grid view.

3. Once you're happy with the changes you made, open the Favorites sidebar control.

4. Click the Add current view to team favorites... link. Mingle opens up a dialog to let you enter a name of the favorite.

   Here enter the exact name of the tab you want to update. e.g. Story Wall. This will override the previous definition of the favorite with the new one.

   
   If you want to edit a My favorite click the 'Add current view to my favorites...' link.
5. Click the Save button. Mingle will override the original definition of the tab. All team members can now access this view by clicking on the tab. You can manage this tab via Project admin tab Favorites & tabs link.
